Article Submission Process

  1. Once you submit an article, our team will review it within 24 working hours.
    Note: Saturdays and Sundays are not considered working days.

  2. If your article is approved, our team will upload it within 24–48 hours and share the live link via email.

  3. If your article is not approved, the payment will be refunded within 4–5 working days.

Cancellation Policy

  • You can request a cancellation before the article is uploaded.

  • Once the article is live on Genzlogr, cancellations are not allowed.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed for disapproved articles only.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 4–5 working days.

  • In case of any delay, our support team will notify you immediately.
